Common questions
Why do you require a R300 deposit?›
The deposit confirms your booking is serious and protects our technician's travel time. It is fully deducted from your final invoice — so if your job costs R500, you pay R300 on the day. If we cannot attend, we refund the deposit immediately.
Do you supply parts (hard drives, routers, cables)?›
We don't resell hardware, but we can advise exactly what to buy and configure it once you have it. If you want us to source a part, we'll quote you the cost before purchasing — no markup without your approval.
How long will my visit take?›
Most jobs take 1–2 hours. We estimate the duration when we confirm your quote via WhatsApp. If a job ends up taking longer due to unexpected complications, we'll tell you before continuing and confirm you're happy with the extra time.
What if you can't fix the problem?›
We only charge the full job rate if the problem is resolved. If we arrive and can't fix the specific issue, we'll discuss options with you — including a partial charge for the diagnosis work completed. We'll never charge the full amount for incomplete work.
Do you fix phones and tablet screens?›
We handle software, settings, and performance on phones and tablets — but not physical screen replacements or hardware soldering. For screen repairs, we can recommend a local repair shop. Our phone tune-up service covers iOS and Android configuration, security settings, and performance optimisation.
What payment methods do you accept?›
EFT (bank transfer), cash, or card on completion. The 300 deposit is paid via EFT or PayFast online link before the visit. We send a digital invoice within 24 hours for your records.
